Our commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Yunori Lab order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is:
- Unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- Not a final sale item
Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
How to request a return
Email us at hello@yunorilab.com with:
- Your order number
- The product you wish to return
- The reason for your return
We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at hello@yunorilab.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Customs duties
Customs and import duties paid upon delivery are non-refundable as these are charged by your local government, not Yunori Lab.
